Direct Photo of My BB Senshi RX-78-2 Gundam Gunpla Model Kit

As I said yesterday, I was going to take a picture of my RX-78 Gunpla models to celebrate my 5th anniversary of building them, which took place in the summer of 2019. Every time I see these two together, I can’t help but smile really hard. When I remember that memory, I realized how historical and important that moment was for me. During the year 2019, my hype fever with Gundam was riding high. When I had freer time, I remember I would binge watch the living heck out of Gundam. From the epic UC timeline, to the awesome AU timeline, and getting awed and wowed by back to back Gundam installments. The ironic part was, I truly got into it on the 40th anniversary of the franchise. Honestly, it felt like as if I was reliving the year 1979. It just felt SO symbolic… That’s why being able to build my Gunpla model was like an awesome icing on the cake. I yearn for times like those again, and I hope I can do it again this year with its 45th anniversary, and, my 5th anniversary. Why does this matter so much to me? Simply put, it was historic because it wasn’t just the first time I built my own Gunpla models, but it started a gateway of entering the world of Gunpla. A gigantic worldwide hobby that’s adored in all of Japan, and parts of the world. Realizing this, it makes me glad to be part of the big world of building Gunpla. Not only that, but ever since starting with my first Gunpla model kits, over in time, I began to build other Gunpla model kits, such as my EX-Standard Exia, Quanta RG, and my HGUC Guntank. The best part is, there is still a lot more to go, and it excites me to continue this epic world of building Gunpla.

I now present you an improved POV photo shoot of my RX-78 Gunpla models. Both BB Senshi SD, and HGUC Revival RX-78-2 models.

5 Years of My First Two Gunpla Models: 5th Anniversary Celebration (2019-2024)

It’s been 5 years since I built my first Gunpla models. Although I completed my RX-78 HGUC model in 2021, I purchased the model in 2019, and was building it until building issues happened, and thus had to be delayed until 2021. Aside from that, the SD was built and completed in 2019, and goodness me… It’s hard to believe that five years have passed… In fact, remembering that beautiful memory, still feels like it only happened yesterday, and hard to believe that time has passed by so quickly… These two models here, the BB Senshi SD RX-78 Gundam and the HGUC Revival RX-78 Gundam, were my first two models that I finished building in 2019, and 2021. Even though they are flawed by build and a lot of mistakes were made during the build, I don’t regret it one bit because these mistakes symbolize how I have come such a long way with building Gunpla. It pleases me to see, that even after 5 years, these adorable Gunpla models are still with me. I sincerely hope to collect more Gunpla models in the future and improve my skill more and more in time. Tomorrow, I’m going to show off these two models in a more detailed photo shoot.

My Gunpla Box Collection As of 7/15/2024 + Reorganized And Updated

As I have said before, after my anime and manga figure boxes, comes next is my Gunpla box collection. Similar to my anime and manga figure boxes, these boxes were reorganized and made to look nicer with an improved photo shoot for my picture. It looks WAY better than compared to my previous photo shoot. The boxes are perfectly stacked, and placed the right way.

For some reason, there is something about Gunpla boxes. There is nothing more satisfying than building your own Gunpla model and completing it with your own bare hands. When you finish building the model, you stare at it and remind yourself that it was YOU who built those Gunpla models. Through the use of patience, stamina, creative custom add-ons, and problem-solving skills when the hard part happens. Then, you look at the box sets, and the boxes look really pleasant. It kinda symbolizes a feeling of dedication for an awesome collection and an awesome hobby. Also, they are nicely designed for a simple box sets. I hope to collect more in the future! My favorite is the Quanta 00 RG.

My Figure Box Collection As of 7/15/2024 + Reorganized And Updated

Even though I previously uploaded a photo of my figure boxes, this one is different. It’s been a while since I uploaded something new, but I decided to reorganize them and make them look better. Overall, I like the way they look, and my favorite part of this change is the Izuku, Uraraka, and Luffy figure boxes at the very end of the top. Also, I feel like the photo shoot of this picture is 10x better than the previous ones.

These are a collection of my figures. From anime, manga, and tokusatsu. Overall, I adore my collection, and I truly hope that I can continue collecting more in the future as time goes on. Also, my favorite, as I have previously stated before, is Konomi Yuzuhara from To Heart 2. Right next to these figure boxes are the plastic models of Gunpla coming right up.

Lion Senki is Feeling at Home With Its New Family

After showing off my Kamen Rider Lion Senki figure from Bandai’s Tamashii Nations, the figure now finds itself feeling at home with its other fellow figures. This glass shelf for anime figurines on the top is just literally Bandai haven, lol. It feels perfect to finally have a merchandise that involves Tokusatsu. Hopefully soon if the God’s Will, I can add Godzilla, Ultraman, Super Sentai, and plenty of other Tokusatsu icons to my collection. As for the photography, it feels moderate. It doesn’t necessarily look bad, but definitely not as good as the previous one I took. Hopefully, there is always room for improvement in the future. For now, just enjoy and awe yourself looking at my slick Kamen Rider figure jiji!
