The truth is, the development and the eventual reveal of the switch 2 has been in the making for some years now by Nintendo, with constant rumors an leaks about the Switch 2 going on for quite some time now. Finally, on January 16, 2025, the Switch has been officially revealed at long last. • Lucky Star Aired
  • Super Mario Galaxy came out
  • The Orange Box was released
  • Halo 3 was released
  • George W. Bush was in his 7th year in office
  • Chad Warden and Chocolate Rain were internet sensations

  • The Wii, Playstation 3, Xbox 360, DS, and PSP were the current systems
  • Apple released the smartphone
  • AMVs users used Linkin Park and V for Vendetta

Yep… That’s how long it’s been since I bought new hot wheels cars… In fact, that was 17 years ago. That year was none other than 2007. That was the last year I ever got myself new hot wheels cars. It was also the last year that I was ever interested in buying new hot wheels cars. Since then, my interest for hot wheels remained basically limbo for more than 13 years between 2008-2022. In 2023, that changed officially. I expanded my otaku lifestyle to further heights. Hot Wheels is certainly one of these new interests. Just seeing those new Hot Wheels cars of mine gives me such a warm and nostalgic feeling. It feels like as if I was 9–10 years old again. I can’t wait to open them. I’ll add them to my collection. Soon, I will give a review on them! So for now, stay tuned!

Re-uploaded Photos of My Recent Video Game Console Collection As of 2/14/2024

To my fellow otaku gamers, I have been away for a bit due to the busy, but tremendous start to this year as well. Do you remember the previous photo that I uploaded that showed my console collection? Truth be told, I was pretty unsatisfied with the way they looked, and how i took the photos. Dust was everywhere, the quality was off-putting, taken at the wrong time, and I definitely didn’t enjoy the position they were in. So, I decided to retake the photos again. Since I had to clean house and clean up the areas where my consoles since they take up the most dust, I decided to retake them at the right time. So far, they are in a much better position, and the photos look a lot better. Not only did I make them easier to access and play, but I also put them in a much safer position. While, at the same time, making them look tidier and without to go through the hassle of having consoles and controllers everywhere.

Similar to what I said before with my old photos, these consoles mean a lot to me. In fact, I have three more that are unused, 1 because of no games, and the other two because, unfortunately, they are broken and unusable. Aside from that, it’s hard to believe that I have had these consoles for years. Almost all of them are 10 years, except the PS4 and Nintendo Switch. Honestly, I feel emotional when looking at them. Sadly, I used to have a lot of them in the past, but some disappeared due to system failure, or unknown memories. It’s my sworn quest to recollecting all of them, and also brand-new ones as well that I have never played. Aside from that, I cherish these consoles, and I hope to expand their library soon. Here is how old they are when I bought them.

Wii: 15 Years Old (2009)

PS1: 21 Years Old (2003)

3DS: 11 Years Old (2013)

Wii U: 10 Years Old (2014)

PS4: 8 Years Old (2016)

Switch: 7 Years Old (2017)

Hopefully, I can get more of them soon, and also get a PS5 and Xbox Series X soon.

My Recent Anime DVD/Blu-ray + VHS Collection As of 11/14/2024

My fellow otakus. Sadly, this is the most recent anime DVD/Blu-ray collection that I have. Despite the fact that I have been doing this for eight years. Do you want to know why? Because, unlike manga books which are easy to collect in large chunks thanks to their price and being in stores in nearly every retailer, anime DVDs are rarely anywhere in retail stores. Unless it’s the big ones and retailers that are specifically catered to entertainment, which you are BOUND to see anime DVDs. Even with the anime being available, the prices for most anime DVDs and Blu-rays, are priced ridiculously expensive, and most of the new anime being released, both old and new, are expensive as heck. Also, since I watch most of my anime online through streams like Crunchyroll, that’s another of the reasons why my Anime DVD/Blu-ray collection is low when compared to manga and video games. Nether the less, I do plan to buy more anime DVDs/Blu-rays in the future, and I sincerely hope that I buy a new chunk load of anime DVDs/Blu-rays that are brand new and never watched just yet. Both new, and old school. Yes, that even means VHS copies and whatever there is. It’s nice to have the full collection, with box sets, rare collections, the latest, and most beautiful looking Blu-ray, some old anime DVD set from the 2000s, and just a lot of more. Overall, I truly can’t wait to start the collection.

My favorite is no doubly, Death Note, Yu Yu Hakusho, Dragon Ball Z, Ghibli films, Gkids movies, and my first ever Pokémon VHS copy.
