My fellow otakus, well, would you look at that? After Metrocon’s announcement, I am proud to make another anime convention announcement! I will officially be attending Ocala Anime-Fest 2026! This anime con will be a first in its history, and it’s hosted by the same masterminds behind the awesome Sarasota Anime-Fest, aka OurCons.

This year will be its first, and it’s located in Ocala, making this anime con the second ever in history for Ocala as a whole, right behind Brick City Anime Festival. For some reason, this feels symbolic for me. I’m no stranger to Ocala, and returning there after an awesome Brick City Anime Festival in 2026 feels great!

I enjoyed Sarasota Anime-Fest a lot, so I definitely can’t wait for this one to happen, and I know it’s going to be super awesome! I cannot wait to see what Ocala Anime-Fest has in store, and I cannot wait to partake in the awesome stuff, like panels, cosplay contests, and the merchandise!

I sincerely look forward to attending, and I really hope that many Brick City Anime Festival mutuals will be attending as well! See you there!
